You can use the serum on its own, together with your favourite cream or with a water-based face serum - depending on your skin's needs.

On its own: Apply a few drops of serum to cleansed facial skin, dampened (e.g. with a hydrosol of your choice). Gently massage in with circular motions until fully absorbed.

With a water-based serum: To boost the moisturising effect even further, reach for a hydrating face serum (e.g. from the Sugar line) - spread a small amount of the serum/booster over cleansed skin of the face, neck and décolleté. Then apply the Rose-Raspberry serum. You can also mix the products in the palm of your hand, apply the blend to the skin and gently massage in with circular motions until fully absorbed.

With a cream: Take some cream onto your hand or into a small bowl. Add a few drops of serum and mix. Apply to cleansed facial skin and gently massage or pat in with circular motions until fully absorbed.

Avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

I love this serum, I apply it over rose hydrosol and the combination works great. It's perfect for massage with a facial massager, and sometimes at night I finish my routine with a cream as well. Questions and answers about the product

Can the serum be used in summer?
Absolutely, a face serum can be used in summer :) It works well in both your evening and morning routine (when using it during the day, we recommend layering a sunscreen on top). Please remember to apply the serum to damp facial skin, gently massaging it in until fully absorbed :)
Can the serum be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, as long as the doctor supervising your pregnancy or your baby's paediatrician sees no contraindications :) If you wish to use the Rose-Raspberry Serum during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we especially recommend consulting the product's ingredients with your doctor, as it contains vitamin A (in the form of hydrogenated retinol at a concentration of 0.5%).
Is Rose-Raspberry a good serum for discolouration?
Discolouration is quite a challenge - a lot depends on its intensity, how deep it lies in the skin layers and what caused it. The Rose-Raspberry Serum helps improve and even out skin tone. However, with persistent discolouration, the concentration of active ingredients in the serum may not be sufficient to effectively deal with it and lighten it.
Can the serum clog pores or cause allergies?
Pore clogging is a very individual matter - a lot depends on your skin type, skincare habits and cleansing method. Rose-Raspberry is an oil serum, so if you have problematic skin prone to clogging, we suggest buying a sample from our shop first. The product contains, among others, raspberry seed oil, sugarcane squalane and lipoglycine, which are used even in products designed for acne-prone skin. This may lower the serum's comedogenic potential. 80% of testers said the serum improves the overall appearance of the skin, and 65% said it reduces skin imperfections. As for allergies, the serum is a multi-ingredient cosmetic rich in active substances - even if you have no known allergy to any of its ingredients, it is worth getting a sample and doing a patch test, especially if you have sensitive skin or skin unaccustomed to cosmetics with a blend of active ingredients.
Is the serum vegan?
Yes, Rose-Raspberry is a serum suitable for vegans and vegetarians :) Doubts may arise about coenzyme Q10, which can be obtained from both plant and animal sources - however, in our cosmetic it is of plant origin.
What is the concentration of vitamins in the serum? Because of them, can the serum be used during the day, and should I then avoid the sun in summer or use a day cream with SPF?
The vitamin concentrations in the Rose-Raspberry Serum are 0.5% for vitamin A (known as the "youth vitamin"), 0.5% for vitamin C and 1% for vitamin E. Thanks to the stable forms of these vitamins, the serum can be used during the day, also in summer. In that case, we kindly ask you to additionally apply a sunscreen (especially if you are prone to discolouration, freckles or moles). A day cream supports anti-wrinkle care and protects against harmful UV radiation.
Does the serum stain the skin yellow?

The serum has a golden colour that gives the skin a healthy look and gently evens out its tone - but there is no need to worry about permanent staining or an unnatural-looking yellow tint compared to the rest of your body :)

Is the serum economical? How long does one bottle last?
Thanks to its light oil texture, only a small amount of serum - 2-3 drops - is needed per application in your daily routine. There is no single answer to how long one bottle will last, though. It all depends on how often you use it (every few days, once a day, or perhaps morning and evening) and on the area you apply it to - just the face, or the neck and décolleté as well. Based on our Customers' experience, one bottle of Rose-Raspberry Serum should last from one month to even several months :)
Can I add the serum to my creams?
There are several ways to use the serum - on its own instead of a cream, under your chosen cream, or mixed with it and applied together. If you choose the last option, we kindly ask you not to add the serum directly to the cream jar, but to mix the two products in a separate small container or in your palm, in an amount for a single use, each time right before application :)
How quickly does the serum absorb?
The serum absorbs quickly, although of course it depends on the amount applied and how dry your skin is :) When you apply 3-4 drops to the whole face (remember - on damp skin, e.g. misted with rose hydrolat), which is usually the right amount, the product absorbs almost instantly.
How much serum should I apply at once?
A few drops of serum are usually enough for one application, although it depends on the size of your face and whether you also apply it to your neck or décolleté :) We always recommend starting with a minimal amount and adding more if your skin needs it - try applying one drop each to your forehead and both cheeks, then spreading it evenly over your whole face, dampened with hydrolat. For the neck and décolleté, as they cover a larger area, you will need at least the same amount again :)
Can I apply the serum directly to a dry face?
Our natural Rose-Raspberry serum has an oil-based formula, so we recommend applying it to previously dampened skin - this way it absorbs better, leaves a less greasy finish, and paired with a water-based product (such as your favourite hydrolat) it boosts skin hydration more effectively :)
What can I apply under the serum? Can I combine an oil serum with a hyaluronic acid serum?
We definitely recommend applying any oil serum to damp skin - so before applying, cleanse or mist your face with your chosen hydrolat, toner or thermal water. You can also reach for a product with a light, hydrating formula, such as an essence or a water-based serum, for example with hyaluronic acid or aloe extracts :)
From what age can the serum be used?
We recommend choosing cosmetics based on your skin's individual needs, which may, but don't have to, be linked to a particular age. Rose-Raspberry is an ideal serum for skin in need of nourishment, hydration, a more even tone and improved elasticity. Thanks to its high content of active ingredients, including anti-ageing ones, it is usually chosen by adult customers - both those who want to act preventively at a young age and those caring for mature skin - although teenagers sometimes need intensive nourishment too, and... they can also use the serum :)
Is the serum suitable for daily use?
Of course - Rose-Raspberry Serum can be used every day, both morning and evening. It all depends on what your skin currently needs :) Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, especially for more sensitive skin, you can apply it every second or third day during the first weeks, observing how your skin reacts, and then gradually increase the frequency as needed :)
How should I store the serum?
We recommend storing the product in a dry, cool and shaded place. The choice of room and exact spot is up to you :) Most importantly, the bottle should not be exposed to direct sunlight or heat (e.g. near a radiator in winter) - it does not, however, need to be kept in the fridge.
What does the serum smell like? Is the scent intense?
The scent of our serum can be described as rosy and fruity - we often hear from you that it smells like rose doughnuts :) According to 95% of the women surveyed, it smells sweet, lovely and relaxing (which makes facial care even more enjoyable ;)). As for intensity, it is a very individual matter, but we would say it is rather clearly noticeable.
Is the serum suitable for facial massage?
Absolutely - the serum can be used for facial massage, whether done with your hands or with special tools such as rollers or gua sha stones :)
Does its intense colour stain clothes?
As an oil-based product with an intense golden colour, the serum may stain light-coloured clothes if it gets directly onto them. However, it should pose no risk to clothes put on or taken off once the product has absorbed into the skin :)
Does it soothe redness after a facial peel?
The serum helps reduce redness and even out skin tone - however, keep in mind that redness after a peel is a natural result of mild skin irritation, and it calls not only for easing the symptom itself but also for soothing care that strengthens the skin's natural hydrolipid barrier :) Right after exfoliation, we would recommend reaching for a gentler product with a lower concentration of active ingredients and a richer formula, such as any single-ingredient product like sugarcane squalane, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Is it better to use a face serum in the morning or at night? How often should I use it?
It depends on your individual needs and preferences - if you feel like it and your skin is happy, you can even use it every day, morning and evening :) Our customers use the serum in every possible way - daily or every few days; only in the morning, where it also works well under makeup (choosing, for example, a richer cream in the evening instead), or only in the evening, thanks to its oil-based formula. Any way is a good way, as long as it works for you :)
Can I use the serum around the eyes?
Yes! You can use the Rose-Raspberry serum on the skin around the eyes - studies have confirmed its smoothing and brightening effect. Just be careful when applying and spreading it so that the oil does not get into your eyes.
How to use a natural face serum? Over cream, under cream or on its own?
The concentrated Rose-Raspberry serum can be used on its own (on previously dampened skin) or, depending on your skin's needs, under or over a cream, or mixed with cream in the palm of your hand. Richer, more intensive care works especially well for tired, mature, dull and dry skin. A more minimalist skincare routine is recommended for combination, oily and blemish-prone skin.
How often and when should I use a face serum?
Depending on your skin's needs (and skin type), you can use the serum at night or during the day (or twice a day :)). You can combine it with your favourite cream, a hydrating booster or use it solo. The choice is yours and depends on your individual needs! If your skin is dry and mature, use the serum daily to give it proper nourishment (mist your skin with a hydrosol of your choice before applying the serum). To boost hydration, you can combine the serum with a moisturiser. For oily or combination skin, you can use the serum a few times a week.
Should I use the serum before or after moisturising?
An oil serum can be applied before or after your moisturiser, but always on cleansed, damp skin (e.g. misted with an organic hydrosol), so that moisture is locked into the epidermis, which helps improve skin hydration. The serum's light texture allows its ingredients to quickly penetrate the epidermis and nourish it. Applied over a cream, the serum forms a protective layer on the skin's surface that prevents moisture loss. Applied before a cream, it deeply nourishes and softens the skin.
How to use a face serum in your daily skincare routine?
You can use a face serum both in the morning and in the evening - depending on your individual needs and skin type. If your skin is mature, dry, lacking firmness and radiance, you will get the best results by using the serum daily (also combined with your favourite cream). For combination, oily or problematic skin, you can use the serum a few times a week, especially in the evening (so it has "time to work" with your skin :). In every case, remember to apply the oil serum to damp facial skin. Then simply massage or pat it in gently :)
How to choose a good face serum?
To choose a good face serum, first consider your skin type - if your skin is dry, choose a product that hydrates, nourishes and supports skin regeneration; if it is oily or combination, choose one that regulates sebum production and mattifies. Another aspect is the concerns your skin is dealing with - wrinkles, discolouration or perhaps acne.
