3. *** Surcharge for delivery outside the standard area (hard-to-reach regions). For certain postcodes located in remote or hard-to-reach regions (including island and mountain areas) the carrier charges an additional delivery fee, known as an "out of delivery area" fee. In such cases we reserve the right to adjust the final shipping cost. Before dispatching the parcel we will contact you and inform you of the amount of the surcharge. We will process the order only after you have accepted it - if you do not agree to the surcharge, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid refunded in full.
