Why use a scrub and a mask in your facial care?

Daily cleansing and moisturising are the basics, but every now and then skin needs something more. A scrub removes dead skin cells and impurities trapped in pores, leaving skin smooth, soft and better prepared to absorb the ingredients in creams, oils and serums. It also supports the skin's natural renewal. A mask, on the other hand, is a moment of concentrated care - the right one smooths, moisturises, brightens and helps control excess sebum. Both have one thing in common: they deliver results you can see and feel right away, and with regular use they improve the overall look and condition of your skin.

Chałwa - scrub, mask and cleansing paste in one

Cukier - mask with succinic acid and night cream

The smoothing Cukier mask-cream is a creamy, intensely nourishing formula for the face, neck and décolletage that smells of candy floss. Its star ingredient is succinic acid, which exfoliates, limits the formation of blackheads and blemishes, and reduces the visibility of pores and sebum production. It's supported by gluconolactone, gentle maltobionic acid, allantoin, niacinamide, ceramide NS, phytosterols, trehalose, prebiotic inulin and an NMF complex that keeps skin hydrated. The result? Skin hydration rises by 8.9% and pore visibility drops by 30%. The mask restores radiance, reduces discolouration and supports regeneration, and 92.5% of testers rated their skin as more hydrated and noticeably smoother.

You can use the Cukier mask in three ways:

• as a classic mask - applied to cleansed skin and rinsed off after 10-15 minutes,

Miód lip scrub

Lips need exfoliating too, especially when dry flakes appear. Miód is a fine-grained sugar scrub with honey, beeswax, propolis extract, lanolin, jojoba esters, sugarcane squalane and vitamin E. The massage takes half a minute, and you control its intensity with the pressure of your fingertip. Simply wipe off the rest with a tissue - lips are soft, smooth and ready for balm or lipstick. How to use a face scrub and what to apply afterwards?

Apply the scrub to cleansed, slightly damp skin, usually once or twice a week. Simply warm a small amount between your hands, massage onto your face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area, and rinse off with warm water after a moment. You control the intensity yourself - with the pressure of your hands. After exfoliation, skin is most receptive to care: dry skin will love a cream or oil applied straight away, while oily skin can first be wiped with a hydrosol and then given a light cream. On the day you use a scrub, it's best not to add other intensive exfoliating treatments - one proper reset is enough for your skin.
