Moisturising bath bomb with whole milk, unrefined shea butter, safflower oil and our own signature blend of essential oils.
Relaxing and nourishing, it softens and smooths the skin, turning your bath into a saffron-scented home SPA ritual.
Perfect for all impatient souls longing for their next beautiful journey to the warm corners of the world.

A Saffron bath is a journey to the oriental corners of the Far East. It is like a time machine that carries us to an entirely different latitude. We wander between little stalls full of fragrant spices and dried flowers. We are accompanied by the scent of patchouli, rosewood and freedom, and we relax in all their richness.

Drop a whole or crumbled half into a bathtub (or a larger bowl for a relaxing foot/hand soak) filled with warm water. In contact with water, the half dissolves and fizzes, releasing milk, plant oils and unrefined shea butter. After bathing, your skin is smooth and nourished - simply rinse your body with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. There's no need to apply body lotion afterwards.

Note: Our bath bomb halves contain as much oil and butter as possible - please step out of the bath carefully, as the surface may be slippery. Clean the bathtub thoroughly after use.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry and shaded place.

Texture: hard, gently fizzes on contact with water
Scent: oriental, citrusy

Riding the wave of my saffron craze (hand cream and body lotion), I bought this bath bomb too. It's fantastic, and its scent is unlike any other - sort of floral-oriental. The effect, though, is just as amazing as with all the other bath bombs. Worth a try 💜

FAQ

Questions and answers about the product

How do bath bombs work? Is one bath bomb enough for a whole bathtub?
Drop the bath bomb into a tub filled with warm water and wait as it fizzes and dissolves, releasing all the oils, butters, whole milk and other goodies inside. All of its ingredients beautifully care for your skin while you bathe. After your bath, rinse your body with warm water and step out of the tub carefully, remembering that its surface may be slippery - after all, you have just bathed in oils and milk ;) Wipe the tub thoroughly, wash it if necessary, and never leave it slippery if others use it too. Many of our customers crumble the bath bomb into a powder and use a smaller amount at a time. That way, one bath bomb is enough for two lovely baths.
Do your bath bombs make foam? Do they colour the water?

Unfortunately, our bath bombs do not make foam or colour the water. They contain, among other things, oils and plant butters (which moisturise and nourish the skin), and often dried flowers or herbs as well. These ingredients are released gradually once the bath bomb is placed in water. We truly believe this is what turns your bath into a home SPA.

Can children bathe with your bath bombs?

All our products undergo appropriate testing for use by people over 3 years of age. For children under 3, we strongly recommend gentle baths with a little mild oil or specialist products designed for children of that age. For older children, we advise caution before the first bath with a bath bomb - first make sure the child is not allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Then crumble off a little of the bomb, dissolve it in a bowl of warm water and do a patch test on a small area of skin, such as the child's elbow or foot. If there is no adverse reaction, you can go ahead and treat your child to a bath with a bath bomb. We also know from experience that children don't always like things floating in their bath - so to start with, we recommend the chocolate bath bomb, which contains no decorative additions. Please also take extra care when getting out of the tub - after a bath with a bath bomb, its surface may become slippery!

How do the bath bombs differ - do they have different ingredients?
All our bath bombs share the same base formula: a blend of baking soda, citric acid, milk powder, sweet almond oil, shea butter, grape seed oil and rice bran oil. What sets them apart are the additions - plant extracts, fragrances or essential oils, and decorative touches such as dried flower petals.
Can I use bath bombs if I don't have a bathtub, and how?
The simplest and most popular way to use our bath bombs without a bathtub is for a hand or foot soak - to relax after a long day or to prepare for a manicure or pedicure. Just cut the bath bomb in half (or even into quarters) and dissolve it in a bowl of warm water. Alternatively, you could always invite yourself over for a bath at a friend's who has a tub ;)
Do I need to apply body lotion after a bath with a bath bomb?
Thanks to the high content of oils and butters in our bath bombs, they leave a delicate "film" on the skin after bathing, so there's no need to apply body lotion :)
How does a bath with a bath bomb affect the skin? Does it become more moisturised?
Our bath bombs are full of nourishing plant butters and oils, and they also contain whole milk - this carefully chosen blend of ingredients leaves your skin soft, moisturised and nourished after your bath :)
Do bath bombs leave the bathtub dirty or greasy?
Because of the ingredients used, the tub may become slippery after a bath with a bath bomb, so please take care when getting out. Dirt also settles more easily on a greasy surface, so we recommend rinsing the tub right after your bath. For bath bombs with decorative additions (such as dried flower petals), we also suggest using a drain strainer to catch them more easily :)
What is the main purpose of bath bombs?
The main purpose of our bath bomb halves is to make your bath more enjoyable and enrich it with skin-caring properties. A bath bomb half fills your bath with a relaxing scent and leaves skin moisturised, softened and nourished.
Will a crumbled bath bomb still work when added to the bath?
Absolutely :) It makes no difference whether you drop the half into the water whole or crumble it first - a crumbled one may simply dissolve a little faster. Of course, it's a different story if you split one half into several pieces and use only one piece per bath - in that case the scent will be less intense and the skin-caring benefits will be reduced.
Can the bath bomb half be used in any other way?
If you don't have a bathtub, you can use the halves for a hand or foot soak in a smaller bowl - it's a great treatment before a manicure or pedicure, and a little moment of relaxation for tired feet :)
Can bath bomb halves cause allergies?
Our bath bomb halves are made from natural ingredients (and sometimes enriched with a cosmetic fragrance) - if you are allergic to any of them, they may cause an allergic reaction. If you experience any unwanted symptoms, please stop bathing immediately and let us know by email at [email protected].
Do the bath bomb halves differ in their properties?
Since they share a very similar base - a blend of baking soda, citric acid, powdered milk, shea butter and plant oils - all our bath bomb halves moisturise and nourish the skin. The warm bath itself, combined with the lingering scent of the half, is relaxing and soothing :) In this respect the halves are practically indistinguishable - only the additional ingredients may bring small differences. For example, the Milk-Honey-Oat half is slightly more nourishing thanks to the honey; a bath with the rose half is enriched with minerals from French clay, and the calendula macerate in the Calendula half helps regenerate rough, dry skin.
How should I store my bath bomb halves?
We recommend storing the halves in a cool, dry and shaded place - if you'd like to keep them in the bathroom, choose a closed cabinet where they will be protected from moisture as much as possible. We also recommend leaving the half in its paper wrapping until just before use - the special greaseproof paper keeps the scent and skin-caring properties intact until the expiry date.
