Drop the whole or crumbled half into a bathtub (or a large bowl for a relaxing foot/hand soak) filled with warm water. In the water, the half dissolves and fizzes, releasing milk, plant oils and unrefined shea butter. After your bath, your skin feels smooth and nourished - simply rinse your body with warm water and gently pat dry with a towel. There's no need to apply body lotion afterwards.

Note: Our bath bomb halves contain the highest possible amount of oils and butters - please step out of the bathtub carefully, as its surface may be slippery. Clean the bathtub thoroughly after your bath.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry and shaded place.

I love MDM bath bomb halves. Generally I prefer sharper scents, like saffron and pepper or the inimitable rose-raspberry, but among the "edible" and sweet scents, this is my favorite :> the scent isn't very intense, and the formula of the bomb envelops you

My no. 1 among bath bomb halves, it softens the skin leaving it moisturised but not greasy, the scent is definitely less intense than the scrub's but just as pleasant

FAQ

Questions and answers about the product

How do bath bomb halves work? Is one enough for a whole bathtub?
Drop the bath bomb half into a tub filled with warm water and wait as it fizzes and dissolves, releasing all its oils, butters, whole milk and other additions. All the ingredients beautifully care for your skin while you bathe. After your bath, rinse your body with warm water and step out of the tub carefully, as its surface may be slippery - after all, you've been bathing in oils and milk ;) Wipe the tub thoroughly, wash it if necessary, and never leave it slippery if others use it too. Many of our customers crumble the bath bomb into powder to use a smaller amount at a time - this way one bath bomb is enough for two lovely baths.
Do your bath bombs create foam? Do they colour the water?

Unfortunately, our bath bombs neither foam nor colour the water. They contain, among other things, oils and plant butters (which moisturise and nourish the skin), and often dried flowers or herbs. These ingredients are released gradually once the bath bomb is placed in water. We truly believe this turns your bath into an at-home SPA.

Can children bathe with your bath bombs?

All our products undergo appropriate testing for use by people aged 3 and over. For children under 3, we strongly recommend gentle baths with a mild oil or specialist products designed for children of that age. For older children, we advise caution before the first bath with a bath bomb - first make sure the child is not allergic to any of the ingredients. Then crumble off a small piece, dissolve it in a bowl of warm water and do a patch test on a small area of skin, such as the elbow or foot. If there is no adverse reaction, your child can happily enjoy a bath with a bath bomb. We also know from experience that children don't always like things floating in their bath - so to start with, we recommend the chocolate bath bomb, which contains no decorative additions. Please also take particular care when getting out of the tub - after a bath with a bath bomb, its surface may become slippery!

How do the bath bombs differ - do they have different ingredients?
All our bath bombs share the same base formula: a blend of baking soda, citric acid, powdered milk, sweet almond oil, shea butter, grape seed oil and rice bran oil. What sets them apart are the additions - plant extracts, fragrances or essential oils, and decorative elements such as dried flower petals.
Can I use the bath bombs if I don't have a bathtub?
The simplest and most popular way to use our bath bombs without a bathtub is for a hand or foot soak - to relax after a long day or to prepare for a manicure or pedicure. Simply cut the bath bomb in half (or even into four portions) and dissolve it in a bowl of warm water. Alternatively, you could invite yourself over for a bath at a friend's who has a tub ;)
Do I need to apply body lotion after a bath with a bath bomb?
Thanks to the high content of oils and butters in our bath bombs, they leave a delicate "film" on the skin after bathing, so there's no need to apply body lotion :)
How does a bath with a bath bomb affect the skin? Does it become more hydrated?
Our bath bombs are full of nourishing plant butters and oils, and they also contain whole milk - this carefully balanced blend of ingredients leaves your skin soft, hydrated and nourished after bathing :)
Do the bath bombs leave the bathtub dirty or greasy?
Due to the ingredients used, the tub may become slippery after a bath with a bath bomb, so please take care when getting out. Dirt also settles more easily on an oily surface, so we recommend rinsing the tub right after your bath. For bath bombs with decorative additions (e.g. dried flower petals), we also recommend using a drain strainer to catch them more easily :)
What is the main purpose of the bath bomb halves?
The main purpose of our bath bomb halves is to make your bath more enjoyable and to enrich it with skincare benefits. With a bath bomb half, your bath takes on a relaxing scent and leaves your skin moisturised, softened and nourished.
Will a crumbled bath bomb still work when added to the bath?
Absolutely :) It makes no difference whether you drop the half into the water whole or crumble it first - a crumbled one may simply dissolve a little faster. Of course, it's a different story if you split one half into several pieces and use only one piece per bath - in that case, both the intensity of the scent and the skincare benefits will be reduced.
Can the bath bomb half be used in any other way?
If you don't have a bathtub, you can use the halves for a hand or foot soak in a smaller bowl - it's a great treatment before a manicure or pedicure, and a little bit of relaxation for tired feet :)
Can the bath bomb halves cause allergies?
Our bath bomb halves are made from natural ingredients (and sometimes enriched with a cosmetic fragrance) - if you are allergic to any of them, they may cause an allergic reaction. If any undesirable symptoms occur, please stop your bath immediately and let us know by emailing [email protected].
Do the bath bomb halves differ in their properties?
Since they share a very similar base formula - a blend of baking soda, citric acid, milk powder, shea butter and plant oils - all our bath bomb halves have moisturising and nourishing properties. A warm bath combined with the lingering scent of the bath bomb is wonderfully relaxing and soothing :) In this respect, the halves are practically indistinguishable - only the additional ingredients may bring slight differences. For example, the Milk-Honey-Oat half is slightly more nourishing thanks to the honey; a bath with the rose half is enriched with minerals from French clay; and the calendula macerate in the Calendula half helps regenerate rough, dry skin.
How should I store my supply of bath bomb halves?
We recommend storing the halves in a cool, dry and shaded place - if you'd like to keep them in the bathroom, choose a closed cabinet where they will be protected from moisture as much as possible. We also recommend leaving each half in its paper wrapping until just before use - the special greaseproof paper keeps the scent lasting and preserves the skincare properties throughout the shelf life.
