Where do the ratings come from?

Every star on this list is someone's opinion of a specific product. Only logged-in customers can leave reviews in our shop, and reviews written after a purchase carry a "Verified purchase" badge. Once you've placed an order, we warmly invite you to share your impressions - it's the most valuable feedback we get: it tells us what works, what smells just the way it should, and what is worth refining in the next batch. We read every review carefully - the delighted ones and the critical ones - because in a small manufactory every comment goes straight to the people who create and make the cosmetics.

How is the ranking built?

The rule is simple and transparent. The average rating comes first, and only in the event of a tie does the number of reviews decide the position - so a product with five stars from several hundred people will rank higher than one with the same average from a dozen or so. Only products that have collected a minimum number of reviews make the list, so a new arrival with three five-star ratings from its first buyers won't end up at the top by chance. The list changes as new reviews come in, so it's worth checking back from time to time - the ranking can shift. Each product shows its average rating and number of reviews, and its product page features the full reviews. It's worth reading a few, as they often reveal details no label can describe: how a product performs in winter, what it pairs best with, or how long it lasts.
