Benzyl salicylate

Benzyl salicylate is a fragrance ingredient found in some essential oils and fragrance compositions. It has a subtle floral scent and helps fix the composition. In our cosmetics it enters the product together with the fragrance composition.

It belongs to the group of fragrance allergens that EU law requires to be named in the ingredient list, so that sensitive people can avoid them. You'll find it in body lotions, bath bombs, shower gel, face scrub and hair styling products.
