As a massage oil: Shake before use. Dispense a portion of oil into your hand, warm it between your palms and apply to clean skin. Massage the chosen area of the body using circular movements. If needed, dispense another portion of oil and continue the massage.

As a daily body care oil: Shake before use. Dispense a portion of oil into your hand, warm it between your palms and apply to clean, damp skin (e.g. after a bath). Massage in with circular movements until fully absorbed.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

When empty, unscrew the pump and place it in the "Plastics" bin. Peel off the label and place it in the mixed waste bin. Place the bottle in the "Glass" bin.
