Maltobionic acid

Maltobionic acid belongs to the PHA acids, more specifically to the so-called bionic acids. Its molecule is large, so it penetrates the skin slowly and works much more gently than classic AHAs. This makes it suitable for sensitive skin too.

It gently exfoliates dead skin cells and smooths the skin, while strongly binding water, so instead of drying it hydrates. It has antioxidant properties and helps protect the skin from free radicals. It improves the condition and appearance of the complexion, leaving it smoother and more radiant.
