Lactobacillus/Arundinaria Gigantea Ferment Filtrate

Bamboo ferment

Bamboo ferment is created when lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus) ferment Arundinaria gigantea bamboo. After fermentation, the liquid is filtered and only the filtrate goes into the cosmetic, rich in bacterial metabolites and plant compounds.

It conditions and moisturizes the skin, helping to keep it smooth and comfortable. Ferments of this kind also help protect the cosmetic itself, which is why they are used alongside other ingredients that keep the product fresh.

You'll find it in our face creams, toners and shower gels.

Did you know?: Arundinaria gigantea is one of the few bamboos growing wild in North America - it forms dense thickets along rivers in the southeastern USA
