Rosa Damascena Dried Petals

Dried damask rose petals

The damask rose (Rosa damascena) is one of the most fragrant rose varieties, cultivated for centuries in the Middle East, Bulgaria and Turkey. Its petals are used to make rose oil and rose water.

Dried petals keep their colour and a light scent. In the bath, they unfurl and float on the water, creating a pleasant, relaxing mood while releasing some of their natural plant compounds.

You will find them in our rose bath bomb.

Did you know?: The damask rose is the main source of rose oil. It is famously grown in Bulgaria's Rose Valley around Kazanlak, where the petals are hand-picked in the early morning.
