Sheesham wood oil (Dalbergia sissoo)

Dalbergia sissoo wood oil is obtained from the wood of the sheesham tree, a member of the legume family. In our ingredient lists we translate it as rosewood oil - it has a warm, woody and slightly floral aroma.

In cosmetics, it mainly contributes to the fragrance composition, adding depth and warmth, and blends beautifully with spicy and citrus notes.
