Citrus Nobilis Peel Oil Expressed

Mandarin oil

Mandarin oil is obtained by cold-pressing the peel of mandarin fruit (Citrus nobilis). It has a sweet, juicy citrus scent that is gentler than orange or lemon oil.

It gives cosmetics a fresh, cheerful aroma and blends beautifully with spicy and floral notes. Like other citrus oils, it contains limonene, which is why limonene is listed in the ingredients as a fragrance allergen.

In our cosmetics, you'll find it in bath bombs as well as hand and body creams and lotions.

Did you know?: Citrus oils, including mandarin, are usually not distilled - they are cold-pressed from the fruit peel, which contains tiny oil reservoirs.
