Menthol

Menthol is a compound obtained from mint oil, mainly from corn mint and peppermint. It comes as colorless crystals with an intense, fresh scent.

In cosmetics, it delivers a cooling, invigorating feel, refreshes the skin and awakens the senses. It is used in small amounts so the effect stays pleasant rather than irritating. You'll find it in our exfoliating soap, where it adds a refreshing touch.

Did you know?: Menthol doesn't actually lower skin temperature - it stimulates the sensory receptors that detect cold, so the chill is just a sensation.
