Isoamyl laurate

Isoamyl Laurate is an ester of isoamyl alcohol, which can be obtained by fermenting sugars, and lauric acid from plant oils. It is lightweight, spreads beautifully and absorbs quickly.

It gives creams a velvety, silky texture and makes them easier to apply, which is why it is a plant-based alternative to light silicones. It softens and smooths the skin without weighing it down. In our range you will find it in the smoothing night cream-mask.
