Lavender flowers
English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is an aromatic shrub from the Mediterranean, now grown in many countries, including Poland. Its flowers are harvested at the start of blooming and dried to preserve their colour and fragrance.
In cosmetics, dried lavender petals are mainly decorative and aromatic: they create a natural pattern in soap and release a gentle, relaxing scent in the bath. They pair beautifully with lavender essential oil.
In our cosmetics you will find them in soaps and bath bombs.
Did you know?: The name lavender is often traced to the Latin "lavare", meaning "to wash" - the Romans are said to have added it to their baths
