Polyglyceryl-4 caprate

Polyglyceryl-4 caprate is made by combining polyglycerin (a derivative of plant glycerin) with capric acid, found in coconut oil among others. It has both a water-loving and an oil-loving part, which is why it brings these two worlds together.

In micellar waters it helps dissolve makeup and sebum, in massage oils it makes the oil easy to rinse off with water, and in cleansing products it supports gentle cleansing. You will find it in our micellar waters, family shampoo and body wash, and body massage oil.
