Laurus Nobilis Leaf/Stem Water

Bay laurel hydrosol

Bay laurel hydrosol is created during the steam distillation of the leaves and twigs of bay laurel (Laurus nobilis), the same plant whose leaves we know from the kitchen as bay leaves. It has a fresh, slightly spicy scent.

It helps cleanse and refresh the skin, tones it and supports its balance, making it a great choice for oily, combination and blemish-prone skin. It can also be used on the scalp.

You'll find it in our range as a standalone organic hydrosol - for toning the face and refreshing the skin and scalp.

Did you know?: Bay laurel is the plant used in ancient Greece and Rome to weave wreaths for victors - which is why the laurel became a symbol of success.
