Moroccan Lava Clay
Ghassoul clay (Moroccan volcanic clay)
Ghassoul is a clay mined in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It is rich in silica, magnesium and other minerals, and when mixed with water it turns into a smooth, silky paste.
It gently cleanses the skin and absorbs excess sebum and impurities without drying. It smooths the skin's surface and leaves it soft. You will find it in our bath bomb.
Did you know?: The name "ghassoul" (rhassoul) comes from the Arabic word for "to wash". In Morocco it has been used in hammams instead of soap for centuries
