The creamy hair prestyler Rosemary + Salt - the power of versatility!

When designing the formulas of our cosmetics, we do everything we can to make each one reflect our values, with naturalness and effectiveness at the forefront. We particularly value solutions that answer a wide range of needs. Versatility and universality are a virtue at Ministerstwo, so they cannot be denied to our hair styling products either! Allow us to introduce the creamy prestyler Rosemary + Salt - perfect for men's and women's hair, whatever its length and type.

What is in the Rosemary + Salt hair prestyler?

An elegant black aluminium tin decorated with white print holds 100 grams of a one hundred percent vegan hair styling product with a creamy consistency. The formula of the cream, containing as much as 97.9% ingredients of natural origin, is based on 3 natural clays certified by Cosmos and Ecocert and on camellia oil, which conditions the hair and makes it more elastic, and is enriched with a complex of 12 herbal extracts. It is all crowned with a fresh, herbal scent with a note of cedarwood, bringing to mind Mediterranean coasts and seaside forests...

How does the prestyler / pre-styling hair cream Rosemary + Salt work?

As a pre-styling product, the creamy prestyler Rosemary + Salt lifts the hair at the roots while blow-drying, gives more control over the hair and makes it easier to shape a hairstyle, with a light hold and a matte finish. It adds volume to the hair and makes the hairstyle last longer. This means the creamy hair pomade works beautifully as a standalone styling product - with its help you can create messy hair looks, light and loose. Testers confirm that its consistency is just right - it is easy to apply and spread, it does not weigh the hair down and it washes out easily, so it not only keeps your hair in check but is genuinely comfortable to use!

How to use the Rosemary + Salt cream prestyler?

We designed the creamy hair prestyler Rosemary + Salt to be used on damp hair (that is, towel-dried). The prestyler makes the hair more pliable and easier to style while drying. In addition, the prestyler lifts the hair at the roots and visually increases its volume.

Nevertheless, the Rosemary + Salt creamy pomades can be used as a finishing product for styling dry hair - including applying it twice, before and after drying. Its formula answers the needs of beginners and more advanced users alike, especially those who love loose, light messy hair looks :) The light hold and the natural, slightly matte finish mean this cosmetic can be used for styling hair of any length - from short, through medium, to very long. Applied in a tiny amount, it is also perfect for taming baby hairs and will help keep your hair in check all day long.

When and which cosmetic should you choose? Cream prestyler vs. the Rosemary + Salt hair styling clay

To all enthusiasts and to people more advanced in the subject of hair styling we recommend using both products synergistically - the pre-styling cream (prestyler) on damp hair (before the hairdryer reaches your hands), and the clay as a finishing styling product. If, however, you would like to choose just one of them to start with, it is worth looking at the most important differences:

-

The hair prestyler is a cosmetic with a lighter formula and a light hold, giving the hair greater pliability (allowing better cooperation with a hairdryer and a comb or brush, as well as running your hand through your hairstyle during the day) and volume. For this reason it is a far more universal product in terms of hair length - it will find a use in styling women's and men's hairstyles of every length, essentially without limits. Every member of the household will benefit from it :) Its finish is slightly less matte than that of the clay, which makes it easier to spread on longer hair without losing the desired natural, non-sticky effect.

-

The clay, in turn, gives a "total matte" effect and a stronger (medium) hold, but at the cost of less pliability, which is why we recommend it mainly for styling short hair. With hair 5-8 cm long there is no need to soften and model it, so shaping it with the clay alone is usually enough to achieve the desired hairstyle.

-

At the same time, the less matte finish of the cream means (contrary to appearances!) that it is easier to overdo the amount applied and slightly grease the hair, making the product visible on it. That is why we recommend applying it in small amounts at a time and combing the strands through with a comb, which will pick up the excess product and spread it evenly.

-

The less matte finish of the prestyler also makes it a better choice for people with high-porosity hair - used on damp hair along its whole length, it will help tame it before drying and keep frizz under control. The strongly matte finish of the clay, on the other hand, may increase frizz in long hair, especially wavy and curly hair (medium- and high-porosity). With short curly hair, meanwhile, the cream scrunched in while wet helps bring out the curl, both when the hair is left to dry on its own and when it is dried with a diffuser (for the best effect). With longer curls and waves it can be applied even to dry hair to soften and nourish it.
