Schinus Molle Fruit

Pink pepper (berries)

The Peruvian pepper tree (Schinus molle) is native to South America, and its pink, aromatic berries are sold as pink pepper. They have a mild, slightly sweet and spicy flavour.

In soap, pink pepper berries are a natural decorative addition that highlights the spicy character of the bar. You will find them in our natural red pepper soap.

Did you know?: Pink pepper is not related to black pepper - the Peruvian pepper tree belongs to the same family as cashew and mango.
