Ximenynic acid

Ximenynic acid is an unusual fatty acid whose molecule contains both a double and a triple bond. It is found in seed oils of plants from the sandalwood family, including white sandalwood.

In cosmetics, it supports microcirculation in the skin, leaving it looking better oxygenated and rested. It helps improve firmness and elasticity and reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, which makes it a perfect match for eye area care.
