Silica

Silica is a fine silica powder. In anhydrous cosmetics, such as oil- and wax-based scrubs, it thickens the formula, prevents ingredients from separating and gives the product a pleasant, silky texture.

You will find it in our lip scrub.

Did you know?: Silica, or silicon dioxide, is one of the most common compounds on Earth - quartz and most sand are made of it.
