Babassu oil polyglyceryl esters

Babassu Oil Polyglyceryl-4 Esters are made by combining babassu oil with polyglycerin, i.e. linked molecules of plant glycerin. The ingredient combines an oil-loving and a water-loving part, so it disperses oils and fragrance compositions well in water.

In cleansing products, it acts as a refatting agent - it helps keep the skin comfortable after washing and reduces the feeling of tightness. In our cosmetics, you will find it in shower gels and facial cleansing foam.
