Jojoba esters

Jojoba esters are made from jojoba oil, which is actually a liquid wax. Through transesterification, it yields waxes of varying hardness - from soft and creamy to solid - that give cosmetics the right structure.

On the skin, they act as an emollient: they smooth, soften and form a light protective layer that reduces water loss, without any heavy feel. In our cosmetics, you will find them in lipsticks and lip balms, lip scrubs, body balms, face and hand creams, hair conditioners and shampoo bars.
