Green tea leaf extract

Green tea leaf extract is obtained from the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). It is rich in polyphenols, especially catechins, including EGCG, as well as vitamins and minerals.

Catechins act as powerful antioxidants, helping to protect the skin from free radicals and harmful environmental factors. The extract moisturises and adds elasticity to the skin, helps soothe and refresh it and keep it in good condition. It also strengthens and protects hair.

In our cosmetics, you will find it in our beard and aftershave oil.

Did you know?: Green, black and white tea all come from the same plant - they differ only in how the leaves are processed. Green tea leaves are not oxidised (so-called fermentation), so they retain the most catechins.
