Behentrimonium chloride

Behentrimonium chloride is a cationic conditioning ingredient derived from plant-based behenic acid. It carries a positive charge, so it is attracted to hair and settles where it is most damaged.

It smooths the hair cuticle, makes detangling easier on wet and dry hair, and reduces static and frizz. It also helps emulsify the conditioner and give it a creamy texture. You will find it in our regenerating hair conditioner.
