Divide your hair into sections and apply the lotion directly to a clean scalp. Gently massage in with your fingertips or a scalp massager to spread the lotion evenly over the scalp. Leave the product on for at least an hour (you can also leave it on overnight).
Use daily or before every hair wash.
A warming sensation after application is normal and results from the action of the active ingredients in the product.
