Our physical gift voucher is a special treat we created so you can get a gift that suits any need, delivered straight to your door. If you're browsing our shop a little anxiously in search of the perfect present, with no idea what would delight the recipient most, and you'd rather let them choose the products themselves, a voucher is the ideal solution.
Once your order has been paid, the voucher will be sent to the address provided in the order.

1. PURCHASING AND PAYING FOR THE VOUCHER
Simply add the chosen gift voucher to your order (selecting the number of vouchers, just as you would with any other product). Payment for an order containing a voucher is made as usual, using the payment option of your choice.
2. GIFT VOUCHER CODE, AMOUNT AND EXPIRY DATE
The voucher amount, the unique code needed to redeem it and the expiry date (one year from the date of purchase) will be printed on the purchased gift voucher.
3. VOUCHER PACKAGING
The gift card (in physical form) comes in an elegant envelope embossed with our logo - you receive a ready-to-give, universal present for the recipient. Vouchers sent electronically are delivered without an envelope.
4. SENDING THE VOUCHER DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT
If you'd like the gift voucher sent directly to the recipient, please enter their address as the delivery address. Please note: an order cannot be split between two addresses (e.g. sending part of the order to the buyer and the voucher to the recipient).
5. REDEEMING THE VOUCHER
The recipient can use the gift voucher both for online shopping in our web store and in our brick-and-mortar shops (in Warsaw at ul. Dzielna 15 and in Szczecin at ul. Niemierzyńska 29a).
To use the voucher in the online shop, enter its number in the DISCOUNT CODE/GIFT VOUCHER field below the list of ordered products, then click ADD. The order total will be reduced accordingly.
If you don't use the full voucher amount in a single order, you can use the remaining balance on your next visit to our shop (the available balance can be found under MY ACCOUNT -> MY VOUCHERS).

Can I get the voucher in electronic form?
Hello,
of course, the voucher can be sent by email. Please add the voucher you want to your basket, choose personal pickup in Szczecin as the delivery method (this avoids shipping costs), and in the notes for the shop field, simply mention that you would like an electronic voucher :)
